KLF PRESENTS: MY DEAR NIGERIA

A Story telling Experience for young children

This experience will help children discover Nigeria through stories, books, culture, history, and creative expression. Children will listen to stories from Nigeria and across Africa, explore books, take part in guided activities, and share their hopes, wishes, and ideas for Nigeria.

A Day to Read, Write, and Imagine

At My Dear Nigeria, children will discover more about Nigeria through storytelling, books, writing, and other creative activities. The experience gives them room to listen learn, imagine, and share their hopes in their own words.

Discover Our Stories

Participants will explore Nigerian and African books that celebrate culture, identity, imagination, and stories from home.

A Story From History

Participants will listen to a Nigerian story that opens up gentle conversations about history, memory, courage, and belonging.

Dear Nigeria Letters

Participants will write letters, wishes, and ideas for Nigeria, sharing what they love, what they hope for, and what they would like to see in the future.

Say It Your Way

Participants will share short voice notes or video reflections, giving them a chance to express their thoughts, hopes, ideas for Nigeria in their own words.

Children will explore Nigeria through storytelling, books, culture, writing, and creative activities. This program is free to attend, but registration is required. Through this engaging experience, children will listen, discover, and share their hopes for Nigeria.
